Curtain Servicing & Maintenance Programme
Crematoria curtain tracks are a crucial part of committal services, expected to work without problems whenever called upon.
Treske advise that all crematoria curtains systems should be inspected, cleaned and maintained annually to help avoid any unexpected breakdowns. To help avoid issues with tracks and curtains Treske offer a service and maintenance programme for crematoria.
Crematoria sites with tracks that are either old or not originally supplied by Treske will require a pre-service inspection visit by either our service engineer or by a member of the Treske crematorium team.
A service visit will inspect, clean, service and issue a report on the Curtain system along with any recommendations. If any of the items inspected are found to have reached the end of their useful life we can replace them.
Redesign & refurbish your Crematorium Chapel
Would you like some fresh and contemporary ideas for updating and refurnishing your existing crematorium chapel? We can help you to refurbish your service hall by simply reupholstering the chairs and changing the curtains, or we can help you carry out a much more comprehensive refurbishment.
This can include refurbishing your existing catafalque, lectern and other furniture items, together with the replacement of your committal curtains, tracks, motors and controls.
Treske have also been involved in the addition of contemporary voile curtains which, where space allows, can be added to existing committal curtain systems.
Refurbishment of your Catafalque and Lectern.
Catafalques take a great deal of wear and tear and often receive damage from coffins. Treske can repair and refurbish catafalques. To keep a crematorium operational, we offer a temporary full size catafalque while your catafalque is being refurbished.
Lecterns can also require maintenance, and if required a temporary lectern can be installed to keep your crematorium operational.
Reupholstery of your existing Chairs or Benches
Upholstery on existing chairs or benches may have come to the end of its useful life. We can check the condition of your seating and advise on reupholstery with excellent choices from our extensive collections of suitable Crib5 and FR treated fabrics.
